It all Begins with an Idea..

When I first created this portfolio website, this statement was auto-populated in every section across all the pages. And I have to admit, Squarespace could not have been more spot on.

I started this project to serve as a simple portfolio, to share my work in an efficient way where potential employers and collaborators could have synthesized access to my best work; however, in this process, this simple website developed into so much more. Instead of a portfolio, I like to think that I have created a small corner of the internet where, I hope, like-minded individuals feel welcomed to come and discuss the intersection between nature and engineering and to admire the intentional design of the Creator. A place for those who see and notice the world around us and want to share that, whether through ideas, comments, or pictures.

Similar to this project, my doctoral studies started with an idea to use my freedom in my choice of topic to understand our world better, and I am far past the horizon that I ever considered. Likewise, I am excited to see what this adventure may bring.
